HiPleasures Backs AIDS/Lifecycle 2014

MIAMI — HiPleasures CEO Brittani Feinberg says she knows the importance of sex education and for that reason is supporting the AIDS/Lifecycle bike ride.

The goal of the ride is to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS among participants, donors and the general public, as well as help fund the search to find a cure for HIV and AIDS.

Feinberg’s friend, Nastassia Bauta, is undertaking the challenging ride this summer, which takes place over seven days (June 1-7) and goes from San Francisco to Los Angeles, spanning more than 500 miles.

Bauta needs to at least reach her goal of $3,000 to participate in the ride, but ultimately needs $5,000 to cover food, lodging and other incidentals. She has been training for a year to join the trek.

“Not only are we promoting the ride and Natassia on our site, but we gave her a generous donation,” Feinberg said. “Her training and fundraising efforts are nothing short of amazing, and she’s close to reaching her initial goal of $3,000. We want people to not only donate, but also to understand that HIV/AIDS is not a gay or junkie disease — it’s an infection that does not discriminate. So please don’t just donate, but pay it forward and spread the word to everyone you know.”

All donations are tax deductible. Feinberg asks companies to match or double any contributions made by their employees.
